I am trying to: update the content for a post, but the box is not editable

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: It's in the admin

This message is in the console: Refused to apply style from 'hidden link' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

Interestingly enough, the "text" view of the content works but not the "visual" view

I guess since I gave you the admin, I should note that I'm currently trying to update a "Rides & Tours" post. That is where I'm currently seeing the issue. You can see in this image that the content box looks blank and doesn't show a menu, but there is info in it that can be seen if I switch to "text" view.

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. Would you please follow the steps below to see if the same issue happens on a minimal installation?

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Thank you

I am still working on this. It really looks like something on your end. It will really suck to have to change my theme completely to see the admin and then have it not be that.

Hi,

If needed we can do the test for you by copying your website to our server.

If that is what you are interested in, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Thanks.
