Tell us what you are trying to do?
Remove the appearance of my contact form in the admin edit screen for custom post type where contact form is added.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I looked at several support threads, but this one provided the best help with achieving the notification of parent post author.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
No, but I attached a screenshot. This is the admin edit screen for the custom post type where the form is added. I don't want this included on the edit screen for obvious reasons. I suspect it is because of the relationship between the contact form and the custom post type, but I don't know how I can prevent it from showing up in the admin screen.
What is the link to your site?

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

From what I can see in this screenshot, the "Customer Inquiry" is a Fields Group assigned to this custom post type. It will always show up in any post's edit screen(admin screen). It is not actually a contact form.

Maybe, I am missing something. Can you elaborate more on what you have implemented so far? What post types, relationships, forms, content template, etc.?
What would you like to achieve?

Can you also provide access to your website, so I can check this closely? Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

I discovered the problem. I had accidentally set the field group for Customer Inquiry to display on all post types. I will mark as solved.

My issue is resolved now. It was a simple issue of me accidentally having set the field group to display on all post types. Thank you!
