Tell us what you are trying to do?
Have moved some sites around / changed domains.
Everything appears to be working apart from:

1. There is a commincation error message always visible in plugins page or WPML Installer Page (See screenshot)
2. Block Views are no longer working

1. I have unregistered and then reregistered Toolset
2. I have made sure to add the correct key for the correct domain.
3. In my Toolset account I can see tickmarks for add ons (forms etc) next to my sites - but there are no tick boxes next to Types or Blocks for some reason

4. The views functinality was working OK a few weeks ago on this site.
5. I have tried deactivating all plugins and changing to a default theme with no luck
6. The view I had set up previously is working fine on the front end
7. Creating a new view does not work.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Just the Toolset support guidelines

Is there a similar example that we can see?
You would need to login to the backend
Toolset Views - Home Page Test 1 - hidden link

What is the link to your site?
This works front end but not backend hidden link
I'll send the login password separately.

Is there a way to reinstall Toolset blocks without losing all of the work done so far?
Or maybe it's the communications error problem somehow?

Thanks

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

You have two different issues.

1. Toolset plugins cannot connect to Toolset.com
2. view block encounter error in backend

It seems its due to the WordPress 6.2 update as we already have and reported the issue with maps block.
=> https://toolset.com/errata/map-block-fails-with-wordpress-6-2/

Are you able to add new view block? or the issue is with the edit page where you already added the view block?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Here is the hotfix version: https://toolset.com/download/toolset-maps/#changelog

You can update the Toolset Maps plugin to latest version 2.1.1 and try to resolve your issue. So the block not rendering issue should be fixed for you. Can you please try and check.
