Tell us what you are trying to do?
In the real-estate reference site I cannot figure out how to connect a house with a city and an address. When I add a house on: add-property/add-house/ it is not possible to add an address. I tried to add this myself but did not succeed.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Searched, not found.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
Just the reference site.

What is the link to your site?
hidden link

ps: I want to build a site for house-owners around the world so am trying to figure out the best way to do this.

Hope you have a simple answer. 🙂

Have a nice day!
Charlotte

Hi, I'll try to help. Can you give me some more details about what is happening here? I do not see the form on your site so I'm not able to test this out myself.
When I add a house on: add-property/add-house/ it is not possible to add an address. I tried to add this myself but did not succeed.
- Have you created a Google Maps API key and added it in your Maps settings as described here? https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/display-on-google-maps/
- If you open the browser console, are any JavaScript errors appearing when you try to add the location?
- Are you able to type in the Address field at all? If you type something like "Test", does a list of results appear? Can you choose one of the results? Does it then appear in the map?

Hi Christian,

Well, it's the reference site I'm talking about. So I can't let you look, but it's the same when you just install the reference site: Real Estate.
Your question: 'I do not see the form on your site so I'm not able to test this out myself.' It is about the page ../add-property/add-house/
It has no address-field!!

On your other questions:
- Have you created a Google Maps API key? Yes I did, but then it gives an error: the 'oops something went wrong' error.
- If you open the browser console, are any JavaScript errors appearing when you try to add the location?
I see no location field! But also no Javascript error (?).
- Are you able to type in the Address field at all? NO! Should I?

Hope I made it understandable. Thanks in advance,
Charlotte

Hi, I just ran through the process of creating a new Reference Real Estate site from scratch, and I am experiencing problems as well. The address field is no longer shown in wp-admin when editing any property post, and it is no longer included in the CRED forms. I have asked my 2nd tier support team for some assistance here. Please stand by and I will update you when I have some additional information to share.

- Have you created a Google Maps API key? Yes I did, but then it gives an error: the 'oops something went wrong' error.
Can you take a screenshot of this error so I can see it in the browser? I'd like to see where it appears.

Sorry, the maps error was on teh Travel reference site and I now see it has a slightly different url, so that was the cause.
I'm awaiting the respons to the address-question.
kindly,
CM

Hi, our systems team has released some changes to the Real Estate reference site installer that should resolve this issue. Now when you install the site, then apply your Google Maps API key, you should immediately be able to manage addresses in each House post editor. Please check to make sure you have the latest version of the Toolset Framework Installer plugin (Version 2.1.8, released October 26th 2017), and download the latest Demo site files. You'll need to reset your site database using the instructions provided in Toolset > Reference Sites. If you run into an error "Toolset CRED WPML Integration is not available in the plugins repository" there is one more step you need to take. Go to wp-types.com/account/downloads and click the Reference Sites tab. Scroll down to the Real Estate reference site and look in Plugins Used, where you will find a link to download this plugin. I've asked the team to get this plugin in the repository so it's automatically installed, but for now a manual download is necessary.

Let me know if you run into issues with the update and I'll take a closer look.
