I had issues loading my users. only 34 out of over 6k users loaded. When I disabled Toolset Access plugin, everything was fine again but once I enable Toolset access plugin, it does not load the entire users on the site and I can't find specific users too.

What do you mean by "loading my users"?

If from the backend you go to Users > All Users, does it report the expected number of users as registered on the site?

How and where are you trying to "load" users?

#2260997

When I go to the backend admin, Users > All Users, it does not show me all the users registered on the site except I disable the Toolset Access plugin.

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Would you mind providing me with admin access to the site so that I can have a more detailed look at this one for you ?

I may need to create a copy of your existing site to perform further checks if needed. This will be done by installing the Duplicator plugin.

Please let me know if I can do this.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

I took a look at the issue for you but I noticed when I enabled the access plugin the number of users on the site doesn't change. It was 6611 before access was enabled and still 6611 after our access plugin was enabled.

Thanks,
Shane

Notice that the total number is not the same as the number displayed. Take note of the number of items displayed as indicated by the red arrow.

Hello,

THis is not what is happening for me.

Here is a look at what I see in the screenshot.

The pagination is showing the correct number of users and this is with access active.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

Unfortunately this is not what happens on my end. I'm able to see all the users with the Toolset Access plugin enabled. See my new screenshot.

Essentially i'm not able to see/replicate the issue that you're having. If you can set the site up to the exact specs to where you're able to see the issue please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi there

Shane asked me to check your site to see if I could reproduce the problem, but I cannot either.

In the screenshot you can see over 6000 users are shown, while Access is active.

If you log in to your site with the same credentials you shared with us, do you see the correct results?

Maybe the user you are logging into the admin pages with has modified permissions?

#2265775

I tested with the other credential and it worked fine.

What can I do to fix this permission issue and why does it have problems only with Toolset Access Plugin

Hello,

Can you let me know which user role you're using ? Is it an admin account ?

Also if you can provide the login with that account as well that would help greatly. This way we can troubleshoot to see why this user role is only seeing a limited amount of users when they're logged in.

Thanks,
Shane
