Hi there

I have searched for a plugin with that title and found nothing, but I would need a copy for testing.

Can you provide me with a copy of the plugin in question (and a link to the home page of the plugin so that I can see who makes it)?

You can share a dropbox link or similar where you have uploaded a zipped copy of the plugin.

wp_dp_page_composer_filterable('<?php echo esc_js($rand) ?>');
});
</script>

I can't extract those files (I tried with The Unarchiver and iZip), could you try again with simple zip files?

And can you confirm, these plugins are for use with this theme? hidden link

Do I also need the theme to see the issue?

I installed the copy of your site locally but couldn't log in, but I was able to retrieve the plugin files from the backup archive and installed those on a clean test site.

I can see the issue with the page to create a new CRED form not functioning correctly when the wp-directorybox-manager plugin is active.

I have escalated this thread so that my colleagues can take a look to see if they can identify the source of the problem.

I'll let you know when I hear back from them.

Hi there

My colleague in second tier found the same as yourself, that the issue is caused by this JavaScript in the file \plugins\wp-directorybox-manager\shortcodes\class-shortcodes.php

jQuery(document).ready(function ($) {
  wp_dp_page_composer_filterable('<?php echo esc_js($rand) ?>');
});

It seems there isn't anything we can do to resolve this from our end, and they encourage you to contact the plugin author for further advice.

You can provide them with a copy of CRED for them to be able to see the issue for themselves.

Sorry I don't have any more useful feedback for you.
