I am trying to use the tagdiv newspaper theme with toolset. I have imported content with the FG Drupal to WordPress Premium importer that used toolset for custom posts. My desktop site works well, but my mobile site when I use tagdiv editor to create a page I see no content just the header and footer.

Hello,

Welcome to the Toolset support forum!

Could you please point us to the exact step-by-step that you're following in order to see this conflict? I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hi there,

Thank you for reviewing the credentials.

We were able to access the website and to reproduce the issue. However, it is not clear to us why exactly Toolset is related/responsible for this. If we create a new page and add tagdiv elements, these same Elements won't appear in the mobile version - even if we deactivate Toolset.

Having said that, our best suggestion here would be to contact the Newspaper support team and address the issue with them, since they're the ones who can check this better. Could you please do that? Thanks!

Deactivating the Toolset Types and then clearing the cloudflare cache caused the mobile site to start displaying data on the tagdiv created mobile pages. I believe I need toolset type plugin since that was part of the import from drupal.

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, we have followed the steps you mentioned (deactivate Toolset -> clear the caches), but the pages still show without content in the mobile version.

Having said that, may I kindly ask you to record a video replicating this issue, so that we can reproduce it properly? Thank you!
