I have Access install and it has some sort of conflict with mandrill plugin which makes wordpress generate this error:

Mandrill: wp_mail has been declared by another process or plugin, so you won't be able to use Mandrill until the problem is solved.

https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpmandrill/
version 1.3.3

Deactivate the Access plugin (1.2.5) and message disappear and wordpress can send mails again.

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

Its an known issue and reported to us before by other user. Actually "Access" and "Mandrill" not conflicting. Actually Access run process that include file with function "wp_mail" ( That's a CORE WordPress function) and that "Mandrill" trying create again.

So "Mandrill" is trying to replace existing WP core function and since its been already declared its showing notice there.

You should try to check with "Mandrill" and give this information and check your issue with them.
