This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: I'm trying to use the Elementor builder but I see an error in the JavaScript console and the menu is stuck loading. The error says "cannot set property 'controls' of undefined"
Solution: Disable Safe Mode, clear cache and try again.
