Thank you for the credentials, I was able to log in, however i'm not seeing where you've provided a link to the page that you are having the issue with the conditional.

Thanks for that, in any of this CPT hidden link or this hidden link won't' show the content of the conditional being the author or not

For instance, in any of these CPT hidden link will show the inside content of the conditional only if you are the author (same functionality of the conditional that the ones explained that have the issue)

Thank you for the links, I can indeed confirm that I can see the issue at hand. However before we proceed with additional debugging I would like for you to go through the basic debugging steps by temporarily deactivating all the non-toolset plugins and check the frontend again to see if the issue is still there.

Once you've done this please let me know. Also I will need to grab a copy of your site for further checks using the duplicator plugin once you've confirmed that the issue still remains after deactivating all the non-toolset plugins.

Hello,

The site shutdown and the hosting company discovered that the toolset plugin framework-installer was all the time using PHP so consumed all the workers, they disabled it and the site is live again

I guess that it's related to this thread

The conditionals appear to be working fine.

If you check this post here hidden link

You will see that you are able to see the edit supplier link. Also you will see that i've activated the debug information for the field which is also showing the correct id's on the post.
