[Resolved] Conditional shortcode showing up where it shouldn’t

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user is having an issue with their conditional shortcodes stop rendering.

Solution:

This can occur when you have many nested conditional shortcodes causing your server to hit its limit.

I would suggest in a case like this to not nest so many conditional and find a more efficient way of rendering your data.

Hello,

I have some kind of issue here on this site: hidden link

Can you see it on the right side? There are conditionals depending on the custom field content so it would seem something has broken after the update.

Please assist ASAP because the site is live.

Best regards,
Ivan

Hi Ivan,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I suspect the issue is that your site is hitting its limit with the number of shortcodes that can be rendered per page.

Could you let me know when this started to occur?

Also if you were to remove some of the conditional code does the same issue still occur ?

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane
