Hello, maybe someone can help me or knows what I did wrong.

I have created custom user fields and a form in which new users can be created using a checkbox for the custom user fields.

The Custom User Fields is a button that can be switched on or off by conditional.

If I now add a new user, it is displayed correctly in the backend. In the frontend, all buttons are still displayed. Although only one of them is clicked in the backend.

I have stored the following condition for this:

Selected checkbox
[types usermeta="gema-dashboard"][/types] is equal to 1.

Not selected checkbox
[types usermeta="gema-dashboard"][/types] is empty .

Even if I create users manually, it does not work.

Maybe one important thing:
I am working with Blocks to create conditions.

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you set your custom field checkbox field to the option "When unchecked, save 0 to the database" then resave your user and let me know if this resolved the issue.

If not please provide me with access to the site so that I can have a look at the conditional and the use case.

Thanks,
Shane
