I am trying to: I'm using these short codes ,https://toolset.com/forums/topic/conditional-output-not-producing-expected-results/

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: Works fine when logged out but adds br tags when logged-in.

Instead, I got: Screenshot attached for logged-in and logged-out user output. There should not be empty space resulting from br tags.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I need to check how you setup your content. Can you please send me access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
