Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to set up a conditional block in a template where there are two rules. The first rule should be that the current user role does not equal "Florida Freewheelers Member". The second rule should be that the current user role does not equal "Adminstrator".

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Not following any documentation.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
You'd need to log in as an admin to see what it is doing.

What is the link to your site?
hidden link

What is does is as follows:

1) When I click Edit Conditions, I'm able to define the first condition perfectly. In the first dropdown, I select "Current user role". In the second dropdown, I select !=, and in the third dropdown, I select "Other role" and then choose "Florida Freewheelers Membership" in the Select a role dropdown that opens under that.

2) Then I click the + symbol to define another rule.

3) When I define the second rule, it allows me to choose "Current user role" in the first dropdown, then != in the second dropdown, but "Other role" is no longer present among the options in the third dropdown. So I cannot add the Admin role to make it two roles that we block display of this content to. I can only block to one role.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details and tell me what exactly the content you want to restrict with the role "Florida Freewheelers Membership" and "Administraqtor" role.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
