Some of my plugins, such as MigrateDB Pro, offer a way to add their plugin to my composer.json file so I can keep everything under version control. Is this possible with the toolset plugins? (Example instruction page: hidden link)

We recently accepted a feature request to integrate with wp-cli, but I haven't seen any requests before for composer. I will ask my second tier support team if they are aware of a public composer integration. Stand by and I will update you shortly.

Hi, unfortunately our developers confirmed that this isn't currently possible. I will ask Beda, who handles feature requests, to consider this as a possible improvement. He will follow up with you here with some additional information.

It's an interesting idea, but there are no plans so far.

I filed it for the purpose of collecting votes, and later we will evaluate again according the need of this.

I suggest that we close the ticket here, we will soon implement a new front end method to vote up feature requests, that's where you'll find it.

This will most likely be announced, so there is no need to follow this thread.

Thanks!
