I am trying to:
load Logo Carousel Pro. Preview in WordPress backend is okay, if I load the carousel into a page with a shortcode it is broken.

What if you try to add the shortcode for logocorousel without using the WP Bakery - does it works?
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

If I use only WP Editor the result is the same (see screenshot please).
Everything was fine until the update yesterday. What has changed in the two PHP files?
It is not possible to grant admin access to this customer site.
Can you please share problem URL and admin access details and let me check whats going wrong.
