I am trying to:
Develop a project in WPEngine with Toolset and Genesis Blocks Theme.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
previocoopenae.wpengine.com
I expected to see:
The site working.
Instead, I got:Unaccessible site. This is a report from the WPEngine Support Team. While it could be also a problem of infrastructure being limited with the current plan, we have had many issues of compatibility between the two elements before mentioned, specially Toolset Blocks, and Genesis Block Theme. So please ensure compatibility is ok. (Cannot provide debug information because site is unaccessible).
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
I can see the site is loaded, is the issue is fixed or do you require further assistance?
If you require further assistance, Can you please tell me what exactly the issue you are facing and send me admin access details and problem URL where I can see the issue.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I can confirm that the request "wpv_get_view_query_results" is belongs to Toolset and the number of requests fired is depends on how much content you have added on your page using view block.
The another one looks like not part of Toolset "as_async_request_queue_runner" and could be related to WooCommerce.
Can you please share details on what specific page you have issue with?
I tried to use the admin access details you shared but that does not allow me to login to your site.
In general, performance obviously affects the site speed when you have hundreds of custom post type setup with the number of taxonomies as well as custom fields and number of plugins you installed. One aspect is how much content you have BUT it depends also on your server configuration like (Memory, Cashing) as well as number of other factors such as how complex your data structure is.
In order to minimize the cause of the issue :
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
Please resend me the admin access details so that I can login to your site and check.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Thank you, Minesh. Views cache has helped, I appreciate your support.
There is another consideration about this, though, when is Toolset gonna be updated to assure compatibility with PHP 8.2? Everytime we update PHP site does work incorrectly and shows alerts and errors.
Toolset is a foundational resource on the site.
PHP 8.0 is gonna be deprecated at WPEngine soon. Please let me know this.
I do not have any ETA on it but our Devs will soon cover compatibility for PHP 8.2. You should keep checking our blog to get latest updates:
