I am trying to: Recreate an existing website using Astra Pro Theme and Elementor Page Builder. The latest versions of WordPress and all plugins are being used. Already tried disabling all plugins and re-enabling them. Messages only appear when Views and Astra Pro plugin are active.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: Nothing

Instead, I got: An error message repeated 4 times:
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, cannot access private method Astra_Addon_Background_Updater::needs_db_update() in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/thinksite/public/ecc/wp-content/plugins/wp-views/vendor/toolset/toolset-theme-settings/compatibility-modules/controllers/toolset-theme-integration-settings-front-end-controller.php on line 363

It's known and we'll produce a fix for this issue asap, however, it will likely take some time until a proper fix in an update and until then an erratum or similar will have to do.
I have however not yet anything to provide a solution. I will update you here as soon as I have better news.

Hi Beda

Thanks - do you know which update of Astra Pro or Toolset is causing the issue?

#1444409

It should be Astra Pro because I tested this down to very early Views Versions and it was always happening, but the issue is due to private classes of Astra we use, and that, could only have changed recently.

In fact, other users also state it happens only since the 2.2.2 updates of Astra Pro Plugin: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/split-php-error-warning-after-updating-to-astra-2-2-2/

If you have the chance, a downgrade of Astra Pro could help.

Thanks Beda for the excellent support as always! It works on our dev site perfectly. Will this be integrated into a Views release shortly?

#1450185

I am not sure when it'll be released in the stable version, but we'll update the erratum and this ticket when that's happening.

This is now released in Views 3.1.0
If you cannot see the update on your install please check for new updates in the Plugins > Commercial tab, or download it from https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
