Hi, and thanks for reaching out to us at Toolset support!

Can you please click on the 'communication error details' link and share the error logs with us using a text sharing service like pastebin.com or similar?

From what I can gather, the problem may very likely be on the server side. Perhaps there's a firewall blocking the connection between your site and our website at toolset.com. It would be a good idea to consult with your hosting provider to confirm this.

Let us know how it goes, and we'll be here to assist you further!

I need resolution on this. The error message shows up on all of my sites and ONLY for Toolset. There is no issue on the hosting side.
What is the problem?

VERY IMPORTANT
I keep asking you guys - do NOT make anything about my sites public. PLEASE REMOVE THE DEVELOPMENT SITE URL from your last response and do NOT post them publicly in the future.

Does Toolset see ACF fields in views?

Hey there,

You might be able to use ACF fields in shortcodes if you register them in Toolset -> Settings -> Front-end Content as such:

There are some known issues while using Toolset and a few ACF fields types, specially the serialized ones.

This happens because among both plugins, there are many differences on how the fields are stored and the logic behind them.

There are requests, but currently there's no estimate for a full compatible glue plugin between Toolset and ACF to be released.

Kind regards,

Mateus
