communication error details

We went live the site under hidden link but on the backend we are seeing this communication error details
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Hi Ken,

Thank you for the screenshot.

To resolve this issue go to your wordpress backend and click on Dashboard -> Updates and then click check again.

Once you do this then the issue should now be resolved.
