Custom Comparison table with any post Type

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
How can we create searchable lists of Post Types where users can choose a few items found, to later compare to other selected items of the same list's results?

Solution:
https://toolset.com/learn/create-an-ecommerce-wordpress-site/product-comparison/ describes what is required to build such a comparison search.

The DOC uses a View listing Products (WooCommerce Products), but since Products are simply posts in the Post Type "Product", you can exchange that with any post type you want).

Simply change the Custom Post Type "Product" to what you use in your system.
It works with any post type.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I am trying to add the checkbox on the same page as the search view. For example, I see on e-commerce website, the ability to tick 3 product and then click on a button to open the compare page.
My website is composed of custom post type, for which I have multiple taxo, CF. I want to allow on the same page : A custom search view (with Elementor) - hidden link

A tickbox on each item to make possible the compare functionnality from the results.

This is for woocommerce, I have only one CPT.
There is also this : hidden link
but Crocoblocks confirmed that this was just for woocommerce, not available for CPT.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Darty has on the left a custom search box to use all the kind of filters (price, etc.)

they have a tickbox called "Ajouter au comparateur" with which you can select until 5 item.
I want the same (just for 3 for example).

The DOC just uses a list of Products (Products are simply a Post Type, you can exchange that with any post type you want).
It lets you select the products to compare and then click on a button to compare those.

You can use https://toolset.com/learn/create-an-ecommerce-wordpress-site/product-comparison/ and simply change the Custom Post Type "Product" to what you use in your system.
It works with any post type.
