[Resolved] Classified Reference Site

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Classifieds Reference Site (http://discover-wp.com/site-types/classifieds-layouts/) is not working correctly. Most of the rows have disappeared. Any ideas about what I am doing wrong or what I can do about this problem?

Note: The solution given below applies to all our reference sites.

Solution:
1. Please make sure that all Toolset requirements are met for your site. You can see the minimum Toolset requirements here: https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

2. We also recommend to install a new fresh WordPress installation and try importing the reference site there. In this particular ticket, this step eventually solved the problem.

I am trying to: To move the rows around on the "front page" layout

I visited this URL: findachildpsychologist.com.au

I expected to see: All the rows as seen in the reference site but in different positions on the page

Instead, I got: Most of the rows have disappeared. Any ideas about what I am doing wrong or what I can do about this problem

Hi Chris,

1. Can you please make sure that you are using latest Toolset Plugins?

2. Can you please share your Debug Information with us so we can see it? I have enabled debug info box for your next reply:
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

3. I have also noticed you are using server cache (LiteSpeed) on site.
- Please clear out your website cache, plugins cache, server cache (LiteSpeed), browser cache too.

Looking forward to help you.
Thank you

Hi Norman,

Thank you for your help. Attached is the debug info you requested.

The install of the Classified Reference site is fresh, and so all the plugins in are up-to-date.

Cheers
Chris

Hello Chris,

I am not able to reproduce this issue at my end. I have just installed the Classified Reference Site and change the position of rows, you can check here: hidden link

1. I have noticed that Toolset server requirements are not same as required. You can see the minimum Toolset requirements here: https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

- MySQL 5.5.54 version in your site, is lower than the required for Toolset.
- PHP version is 5.4.45 which is good, but it is advised to use more up-to-date version for better performance and stability. You can contact your website hosting company to upgrade this for you.

2. Also as I have requested earlier to please clear out your website cache, plugins cache, server cache (LiteSpeed), browser cache too. And please re-import or re-install the Classified site. Not sure why its doing like this but normally it should work fine, looks like something went wrong during import or update process.

Thank you

Hi Norman, I eventually solved my problem. Well, sort of. My wife helped me and she shifted the site to a different server and now it appears to be working fine. Thank you for your assistance. I can now close this ticket.

Cheers
