I am trying to:
Make an online form that automatically add and edit post. and also I am trying to create a compare with results page but checkbox doesn't seem to work
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Apply as helper page and Compare page (which i deleted because add to compare checkbox doesn't work properly
I expected to see:
A check when I click checkbox
Instead, I got:
Red color square which I taught is a design but it isn't. So my checkbox not working

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Do you mean that you have checkboxes custom field added to your post add/edit forms and when you submit the form, the selected checkboxes option is not respected? If yes: this is a known issue to us and our Devs shared hotfix.

Please check the following hotfix and try to resolve your issue:
=> https://toolset.com/errata/toolset-form-doesnt-save-checkboxes-field-values/

If this is not the same issue, Please share the problem URL and access details with a detailed explanation about your issue.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
