Hi,
I wanted to add a "I agree to the terms and conditions" check box in the new user registration page.
I went to the user form, added a check box. But then when I tried on the front end, only the texts are shown, the check box is not there.
Another thing slightly bothers me is that there is an extra blank field under "Password" field on the front end. I guess it is because I ticked "Auto-generate nickname" at the back end, but somehow that blank field is still shown?

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Let's check if the checkbox is not just hidden by a style conflict from the theme or another plugin. Please check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty-Twenty. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at a time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

If that does not help, please allow me temporary access to your admin area to check this form closely. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

Regarding the second field below the password, I think that it is the "confirm password" field. I believe you can remove it from the advanced mode. I'll check it too once I get access to your site.

If your site is not yet available online, please share a Duplicator copy through GDrive or DropBox.

Hi thank you for your reply. It's Ok for now cause I think I might need to use other plugins to manage my registration and log in form anyway, as I wanted to add social log-in function. I will let you know if I need any further help on this one. Thank you!
