Hi I recently received this email from Google. It seems to be suggesting that upcoming changes will be effecting Toolset Maps. It is indicating that my Project: Toolset Maps (208058816175) - which is the Project I set up to generate my key for Toolset Maps, has been using the Places API which will no longer work after June 30th. Will this stop my Pages that are using the Toolset Maps plugin from working?

Hello Maps APIs customer,
As we announced in our blog post in June 2017, we are deprecating Place Add, Place Delete, and Radar Search features in the Google Maps Places API web service and JavaScript® library. We’re contacting you now to prevent any possible impact on your applications.
These features will remain functional until June 30, 2018. After that date, requests to the Places API attempting to use these features will receive an error response.
Project: Toolset Maps (208058816175)
Our records indicate that, between April 5 and April 12, your applications issued 1107 Places API web service Radar Search requests.

Background
The original purpose of Place Add was to enable applications to instantly update the data in Google's database for their own users, as well as submit new places to a moderation queue for addition to the Google places database. The original purpose of Radar Search was to enable applications to help users identify specific areas of interest within a geographic area.
Unfortunately, we did not see enough adoption of these features to continue offering them.
Recommendations
We recommend that you remove usage of these features from all your applications, before they are shut down on June 30, 2018.
Nearby Search may work well as a replacement for Radar Search, when used with rankby=distance and without keyword or name. Refer to the Developer's Guide for more details, in the web service or Places library in the Google Maps JavaScript API.

Hi Stewart,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Actually our development team is working on an alternative for the maps and should be making a release soon for this.

Thanks,
Shane
