I am trying to:
Make changes to a CPT template. The update button is not active so I cannot save any changes.

Please take a look:

No matter what changes I made, there is no way to update. If I close the page the browser says changes will not be saved.

Can you help?

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

This may be caused by a conflict with a 3rd party component. Please check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty-Twenty. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at a time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

If it can help, switch between screens, it does activate the button, but that's not systematic. Check this screenshot hidden link

It could also be caused by the existing cache, we can migrate your website to our online platform and check it there to exclude any caching issues or server-related issues.
