Tell us what you are trying to do?
I removed the old registered domain in my toolset account settings on your site, and registered the new domain we are now using. But I can’t find where I change the key in my WordPress install, which I’m assuming is why I am getting the following message:

Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com

Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Thanks,
Teri Hoyer

Hi Teri

Go to the page Plugins > Add New and then select the Commercial tab (screenshot).

That takes you to the custom installer page for Toolset (and WPML).

If the site still is registered with the old key, you'll need to Unregister Toolset, then register Toolset with the new key.

(Note, site keys are generated based upon the site URL, which needs to be an exact match for your site, including the http or https protocol.)

I’ve done this three times, each time I entered the site key I’ve checked carefully to ensure that the site key is a match to what Toolset registers for the domain. But I get an error message saying the site key doesn’t match. I tried to upload a screen shot but the size exceeded your limit. This is getting frustrating.

I just deleted the domain again and reregistered it and this time the key worked.
