[Resolved] Change the key in an existing installation

Hi,

A bureau installed Toolset for me on this site. Ik worked well. Now I do not longer work with that bureau so I can not longer use their licence. So I have purchased an licence for our own. But... I dont want to de-instal the plugin.... I have a new key now but I cant find where to fill it in.

Revilidate supscription does not work... I guess because it sees the key of that bureau. What to do?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - you should remove the current registered site key from here:
=> https://toolset.com/account/sites/

And then you should register your own site key with same domain.

I dont think so.... I have just registred that key. And I dont know where the bureau registred it. This account en site is mine and I have just added this domain. Sorry... don't now how to.

You should then first try to unregistered Toolset from your site. Please check attached image.

Then, you should create your site key again with your account and try to register it.
