Problem:
The issue here is that the user's Post Group button isn't working.
Solution:
This issue seems to be caused by a plugin conflict. What I recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again.
This support ticket is created 6 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.
