Dear Sir/Madam,

I use the Avada theme, there is an option Layouts to allow us to apply different header for selected page, I have a post form hidden link..../member/kelvin-lee-2/?content-template-id=1287 but it is not belonging to any type of page, please advise how I can apply the header or is it possible to put the post form into a page?

I tried to assign the member but it doesn't show the post form.

Hi there

Member is a post type?

In your screenshot for setting the conditions for where to display the header you have the various post types and other options such as archives down the left, and I can see that includes members.

Can you not add members for where to use the header?

Dear Nigel,

Yes the post form is managing the member post, I didn't assign any content template to the member post because we don't need it. If I assign the Members to this header, it shows the non-designed member content template without the post form.

Hi there,

The link that you gave seems to be a content template. So I am not sure what you are talking about:

"I didn't assign any content template to the member post because we don't need it"

The link you gave is under the members post type and it seems to be the content template from there.
That is why you need to assign whatever header that you have to the Member post type.

Thanks.

Hello Christopher,

Just like Toolset Content Template can associate a post type and when visitors visit the post, then the predefined Content Template will be used. Avada theme header also allows this kind of association, for example, I associate the contact us page with Header A and about us page with Header B, but if I associate the custom post type Members to the layout header, I can't see the post form with content template 1287

You should able the see the post form but I can apply the desired header.

Hi there,

To be able to report the issue we need to replicate the problem on a clean installation.

I created a WordPress installation with Toolset installed and also Avada theme and proper plugins installed.

You can access the dashboard here:

hidden link

Would you please replicate the issue there so I can report this to see if there can be any solution for the issue?

Thank you.

Hi there,
The Toolset Forms plugin was installed but was not active I activated it from WordPress Dashboard > Plugins.

Please check there as all the Toolset plugins are installed there so if you need something from Toolset there you can enable it.

Thasnk you.
