Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Do you mean that you created the content using the legacy view plugin and that is not get displayed on frontend?

#2808176

Hi there.

Thanks for the reply. The view that was added to the homepage just disappeared all of a sudden. It contained a car filter with recently uploaded cars.

The website was created using toolset last year this time, so I am not sure if it is legacy or not. The website uses toolset blocks and toolset types. I also got an error from WordPress this morning and it says the following:

-------------------------------

Your site's Toolset Blocks plugin is causing an E_ERROR on line 138 of /home/firstcars/public_html/firstcars.co.za/wp-content/plugins/toolset-blocks/backend/Controllers/Admin/ContentTemplate.php, and WordPress has enabled recovery mode for further investigation.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 6.8.1
Active theme: Divi (version 4.27.4)
Current plugin: Toolset Blocks (version 1.6.19)
PHP version 8.4.5

Can you please send me admin access details and let me check whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I see the list of the views with the following page:
- hidden link

Can you please tell me what view you were using?

#2808189

The view with ID 315. It is Vehicle Archive

I am using the Divi page builder that has a Toolset views module where you can select the view that you want to display

I see it's a live/production site and we do not encourage debugging on live/production site.

Can you please setup a staging site that should be 1:1 copy of your live site or send me duplicator copy of your site.

I managed to fix the view located on the homepage. The view was saved and created on the page labeled as "Vehicle Showroom" using toolset and the default WordPress editor. I think maybe somewhere down the line the option was selected to edit the page with Divi which turned it into a divi layout instead of a toolset layout which was causing the problem.

Was there any problem with the Error that we sent you regarding the Toolset Blocks plugin? I think other than that the problem is fixed.

No - there was no problem and I do not see any other user reported such issue. You're welcome to close this ticket.
