Hi,
I hired one of your developers, the wonderful Umberto at hidden link, to develop the sort options on my page hidden link. He did a fantastic job very quickly, and I will definitely use him again.

The page works beautifully on my system, and I have tested connections from other points via VPN, using other browsers, and had contact point client test on her end as well with terrific success.

However, I now have a growing cadre of testers who experience only a constant spinner, and are unable to select any criteria. I zoomed with a couple of them and no tweaks I asked them to do in their environment changed this problem. My numbers now show that my working page is in the majority, and that the more testers I deploy, the higher the instance for non-working.

Would you kindly take a look at this and let me know what is going on? My site is behind a firewall, could that be it?

Hi Lars

I visited your site on the front end and applied a filter, and was met by an endless spinner.

Checking the browser console I saw this error, which would account for that.

It looks to be part of the custom search functionality you have had implemented, so I suggest you return to Umberto for a solution.
