[Resolved] Category in URL

This support ticket is created 4 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to create a simple user manual using Toolset,

I have created a post type "Manuals" with the slug "manual" and I have ticked the Categories box. I have tried every setting and combination I can think of but I cannot seem to replicate the WordPress "/%category%/%postname%/" structure of URLS.

How can I have the URLS in this format: sitename.com/manual/category/article
is this even possible.

The permalink structure supported by Toolset is limited.

I suggest you should use the following plugin that will help you to format your permalink as per your need:
