I would like the captions associated with media items to display in a toolset template. Some do and some do not and I do not understand why some do not show up when they are clearly in the media file.

On this page, all of the media items have captions however many of the captions do not show up on the front end, why?

Welcome to Toolset support. Would you please go to WordPress Dashboard > Media and select one of the images that do not show the caption and edit the caption and save?
See if it works?
if not, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Thank you for the login information I tested a few points and could not find the issue. I want to do a plugin/theme conflict test but that requires deactivating the plugins and theme and I suggest that it is done on a copy of the website and not a live website.
Would you please do as follows?
- IMPORTANT STEP! Test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.
The reason behind this test is to find out if any sort of third party plugin might cause the issue or not.
