I expected to see: I expected to be able to send my question:

Instead, I got: an error message because the CAPTCHA does NOT work, So I am forced to fill in another contactform of yours. Excuse me for that. Hopefully my question reaches the right person and my account can be closed and hopefully I 'll receive your confirmation. Thank you!
