Problem:
The issue here is that the user has issues updating their plugins because of the use of version 2 of Types.
Solution:
In a case like this a manual update of the plugin needs to be down.
This can be done by downloading the update from the link below.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
Extracting it and then uploading it to your server using FTP.
It should be uploaded to the wp-content/plugins folder.
