This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the user is having troubles updating from Types version 3.3.4 to version 3.3.5
Solution:
Could you try update the plugins by going to Plugins-> Add New-> Commercial.
From here you should be able to update the plugin using the installer for toolset.
This support ticket is created 5 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.
