I migrated a website to a new domain and it's saying...

Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com
Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

I already added the hidden link to my sites but I still see the error message.

Hi Erwin,

Thank you for getting in touch.

From the error it seems your server is blocking outgoing connections.

In a case like this you will need to contact your hosting and let them allow any connections to our Toolset.com wesbite.

You do also have the option to manually update your plugins, but you need to allow outgoing connections in order to update the plugins.

Thanks,
Shane

Can you provide me some advice on how do I resolve this with my server? Also how, do I do manual updates?

Hi Erwin,

The best advise I can give is to contact the hosting support and to let them check on the connections they have blocked. I cannot give a specific advise on what to do since your hosts will be the experts at this.

Secondly to perform a manual update you can just follow the tutorial in the link below.
