PROBLEM-UPDATE.JPG

Tell us what you are trying to do? Hi, I have a problem which I guess is my fault. I am unable to update Toolset on 01621.org.uk, I have attached a screen grab which shows a fault when I try and do a search with toolset. It shows home/pbmultidem/.... which was a development site, I would have moved it using All in one WP Migration.

I haven't been doing much for sometime now but 01621.org.uk is registered on your portal. It's a demo for my club so I may need to move it eventually.

Also, I did register whyowhy.uk as a Development site, I'm not using it at the moment but hope to soon, is it still registered?

Could you please advise on the best way to sort the update problem out which hopefully will fix the search problem as well.
Many thanks
Peter Booth

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

You can check what sites are registered within your account's "My Account" page site listing page:

Now, regarding update, Here is the doc you should try to follow:

You can also follow the manually update for once.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
=> Try to remove/delete the existing Toolset Types plugin
=> Download the latest Toolset Types plugins from your account's page: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
=> Upload the latest downloaded Types plugin using plugins page from admin

Once you update Types plugin manually, please try to update all other Toolset plugins using installer. Please check the following Doc:
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
I followed the links and all came good doing a manual install after removing Types and the the other that would update. Hopefully the system will update automatically now.
Thanks for your help
