Toolset was already installed on the site but asked for registration and a site key for updates.
We purchased a new licence and installed the key. By all accounts, it appears to be connected. However, an error notification states 'Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com' and updates result in 'Update failed: Download failed. Forbidden'.
I attempted to download the plugins manually from Toolset.com but this also failed, throwing an XML file 'Access Denied' message.
Note that the 'Installer System Status' checks out fine. However, the 'Installer Log' shows the failed download attempt (although 'Request Arguments' appear correct).
I'm not sure what cache you are referring to?? There is no cache plugin currently active on the site. I've cleared Divi, but that's only for CSS regeneration.
I've also cleared browser cache and attempted manual download of the plugins. Same problem as before.
Same problem here for a few days already. System-Updater sais "Forbidden", manual downloads are not working either (Access denied or invalid key). Seems to be a problem related to cloudfront.
