Tell us what you are trying to do? We are trying to update the PHP version of the site, but the site errors when we try to update to PHP 7. We believe we have traced the issue back to the WP Views plugin, but when trying to update that plugin to the latest version, we get the error "The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature".

Is there any documentation that you are following? No

Is there a similar example that we can see? No

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hi Joshua,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Perhaps you're also running an older version of Types as well. What I recommend that you do is to update types to the latest version by downloading it from the link below.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

You can also find the latest version of views here as well.

Secondly if you're updating to php version 8, i wouldn't recommend it given that our Toolset plugins have not yet announced compatibility for this version of php.

Thanks,
Shane
