[Resolved] Can’t update plugins

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user is unable to update their plugins.

Solution:

This was an issue with version 3.0 of Types. What I recommend that you do is to perform a manual update of the types plugin by going to the link below and downloading the file.

This support ticket is created 6 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

I am trying to: update toolset

Instead, I got: an error (see image)

The site is registered and I have a lifetime licence.

The error refers to Divi Theme, but I have the correct API key and I can update Divi.

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

This is a known issue with this version of Types.

What I recommend that you do is to manually update the plugin by downloading the update from below. Once you have done this then you should be able to update your other plugins normally.
