I have reinstalled an old website with toolset. Everytghing is working fine, but i can't register toolset. I can get a key, but the plugins says that I can't update because i need to register the site. I did. It is in the list with sites. I have removed the site in my account and in the site. Aksed for a new key b ut still the same: "You must have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key."
I have a valid subscription. There is connection with the site, but still this remark on the plugin overview page

I can update manual via ftp, but want this to be in order

with kind regards

Karin

Hi Karin

Do you have the latest version of Types installed? The installer code is bundled with Types, and if you have an old version of Types (with old installer code) you could be affected by an older issue.

If you don't have the latest version you could add it manually (rather than use FTP you can simply delete the current version, download the latest version from toolset.com/account/downloads, and then on the Add New Plugins page manually upload that zip file).

If you already have the latest version installed, I'd need to do some debugging.

Could I get access to your site?

Let me mark your next reply as private so that I can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for me to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.
