I just checked with my test site and I'm able to update the Toolset plugins successfully.
What if you try to create a new site key and try to register this site key and check if that helps.
If that does not help, I need access details in order to debug your issue further.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Well - it looks like there must be something wrong before and as I just logged in to admin using the access details you shared and I tried to update the plugin and the plugin gets updated in 5-10 seconds.
Please check the following screenshot:

The whole registration thing is just related to the updates not to the functionality of toolset, so i cant try to reset the key at the life server without a problem right?
There is no need to create a new site key every time. You should click on the button "Check For Updates" and if you see updates just update the plugins.
I would always advise you to take the full backup of your live site before you start any updates as in any case if updates went wrong you will have a full backup to restore.
Ja i know that, but I copied the live site with duplicator to dev1.reinecke.net so that he stille had the keey from live in the dev.server. So I have to unregister and add dev1.reinecke.ne as new site to get a new key.
I did that for an other copy at hidden link and had the same issue. Io installed a copy with duplicator, went to toolset, registered the site, copied the key, unregistered hidden link from toolset, registered it again with the new key. tried to update - didn't worked, tried to reloade the register page and reupdate - didn't worked. Locked out from wordpress and looked in again, tried to update - sucess it worked!
I don't understand why, the last thing with loging in and out makes no sence, but as You could update with logging in after adding the new key...

==> Yes - this is true. You need to create site key for each new domain.

==> OK - as I understand, you mean that when you move site from one domain to another using duplicator plugin, and even though you created and registered new site key and you try to update plugins, plugin update fails but as soon as you logged out and login again it works.
I followed the same step on my localhost but I do not able to reproduce the issue. Can you try once again and check.
