Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please tell me what plugin you try to delete?

Do you have any active Toolset plugin on your install? Have you registered the site key?

Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

I do not know the site history, have you installed the Toolset plugin on your install before?

Can you please share problem URL where I can see the notice as well as admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

No to all three. This plugin is trash and installed it but realized how outdated it was deleted it and now it's stuck in my system. But i'll delete it myself.

Also, You asking what site it's on when I have only one license and you're not able to see that as an employee is proof that it doesn't do what the company says it does. Good luck.

If admin access details is not possible I will require database copy, is it possible for you to share database copy or duplicator package?
