[Resolved] Can't save CPT because slug is already used

I am trying to: Save my custom post type called "Careers" and the slug for this CPT is /career/

Instead, I got: This error message "You cannot use this slug because it is already used or a reserved word. Please choose a different slug."

I have been using this CPT since 2016 and today I have updated to the latest version of Types and I have this issue.

How we can solve this?

Are you sure there is no duplicate slug available with your post type/posts/taxonomy etc.etc?

If there is no duplicate slug available I will require a problem URL where I can see the issue as well as access details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

When I try to access the wp-admin it shows following message to me:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

can you please remove the restrictions so I can log in to admin.

I still could not able to access the admin login page. I see the same results as before.

I have tried and successfully login with those credentials.

I have also whitelisted your IP. Something is wrong.

I just asked one of my colleges to check and even he is also getting the same error:

Can you access the WP-Admin?

And did you try logging in after my second reply? I re-added your IP to the whitelist.

I already checked with one of my support colleague and for him as well it's not working.

Finally, now I was able to login to your site.

I can see there is a page with the same slug career:
=> hidden link

You should change that to another slug and save it and I hope after that everything will be OK.
