[Resolved] can't revalidate subscription

This support ticket is created 5 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I purchased an update and tried entering the site key and revalidating, but it still shows as expired
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I checked with our internal system and it indeed shows that your account created today i.e. 10-10-2019 and your Toolset Presentation subscription is active.

Would you mind to delete your existing site keys and try to create a new site key again.
