I am trying to: collapse and restore the admin sidebar

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: Any backend page

I expected to see: the admin sidebar collapsing and restoring

Instead, I got: the admin sidebar collapsing and staying that way

I've seen this on two different websites.

On a staging site, I changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-Four, disabled and deleted all plugins except Toolset.
With only Toolset plugins installed, enabling any of them will cause the admin sidebar to collapse and not be restorable.

Hi Darryl,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I tried replicating this issue in a fresh install but I couldn't make it happen.

To suggest the best way to fix it, I'll need to debug this issue within the admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details to the staging site?

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Mateus
