[Resolved] Can't reply to Support ticket without

This support ticket is created 6 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

So how do I reply to Beda without posting a link to my duplicator package (which I don't have)?

Just post any link.
I assume you will have other form of private informations so I reactivated the private reply there, and you can, if you have no link, just put any URL you want in there ending with a .zip

It does not need to lead to a real package if you do not have one.

Used fake .zip url to get other comment to submit.
