I suddenly can't remove an instance in a user-created post. When I click Remove (see screenshot), absolutely nothing happens. It used to refresh and remove that instance. I've tried deactivating all plugins (except Toolset plugins) - nothing changed. My PHP and WordPress versions are up to date, it looks like. I'm not sure what I'm missing. Is there another step I can try to troubleshoot this? Thank you!
I can send the speaker profile link in a private reply. There are a number of fields in this profile that I want to remove, but none of the Remove links will work.
Yes, I'm aware. I just accidentally grabbed a screenshot where the Remove link below the field was cropped out by accident; my bad. None of the Remove fields work, so it didn't feel like it mattered which was pictured.
I'm not sure what you're seeing, but this is the public view of the page (see screenshot). I've had users writing in, asking if we're still in business because the directory isn't there anymore! Everything shows up when editing the page, but there's nothing visible below the search section if you aren't signed into an admin account, it looks like. I've tested this on multiple browsers, in incognito mode, and I've had multiple other people test it and it displays the same for them. So nope, it definitely isn't resolved, and nothing has changed since I submitted this ticket, and it's damaging my business reputation at this point.
Actually - if you check the HTML page source I can see the the results are there but the div has visibility hidden attribute added to it.
Please check the following screenshot:
- hidden link
I'm now sure why visitibility is hidden maybe you have confclict with the third-party plugin or theme you are using. How exactly you added the view to your page? Are you using any widget?
